Action Pack (for current 3rd and 4th graders)

In Action Pack we realize that kids this age are ready for more mature experiences. We also know they need to be active with lots of exciting choices. Hence, our Action Pack kids participate in Specials each week, as well as organizing some special events on their own. The Action Pack field trips reflect the maturity level and need for exciting experiences that is so evident at this age.

Swimming
Every week Camp M participants will be going to Cool Waters or McCarty Pool for our NEW Camp M Tuesday Swim Day. Both pools feature zero depth areas, spearate younger child areas, and water slides! They are located in beautiful parks offering us another special day offsite. It's like another field trip.

Specials
Specials are intended to offer children the opportunity to explore a new interest or further advance their skills. Each Special meets for one and a half to two hours, three days a week. While each child is expected to participate in their chosen Special during that time period, during the rest of the day there are many other activity choices for the children. Our goal is to serve the whole child and promote a program that provides variety and is well balanced, while also providing a venue for children to have a focused experience.
